1. Agreement
By accessing or using PulseHQ, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use PulseHQ on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
PulseHQ provides tools for social inbox management, publishing, analytics, Google review monitoring, and related collaboration features. Features may vary by plan. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts & workspaces
You are responsible for account credentials, workspace invites, and activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep connected platform authorizations current.
4. Connected platforms
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, Google, or other platforms, you authorize PulseHQ to access and use data as described in our Privacy Policy and the permissions you grant. You must comply with each platform’s terms. You are responsible for content you publish or replies you send through PulseHQ.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping beyond permitted APIs, sending spam or unlawful content, or violating third-party rights or platform policies.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in-app. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel according to in-app billing controls.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for third-party platform outages, API changes, or content you or your clients publish. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
